Today, the contingent met the Xi’an Youth Federation representative, Ms. Cindy Chen. The Xi’an Youth Federation is the sponsor for this portion of our trip. She and Scouter Raymond Leung have been working diligently for months to help prepare every detail for our stay in Xi’an.
