4500 Meals Don’t Create Themselves

On an international project, some days feel longer than others.
The day we visited Willing Hearts was not one of them. It would have been too easy for the task of cooking 4,500 meals to look like a mountain, but at then end of our time there we had to pull the rovers away from battering fish. Leaving the other volunteers with the remainder of the work was not in the team’s DNA.
When you have a numerous task ahead of you, it’s best to work with focus and rhythm. How did they do?
