The winner of our October 2011 PERSIST Award is Elizabeth Leung.
Liz joined our Rover Scout Group about four years ago, when she was only 16 years old.
Liz is reliable, hardworking, and always eager to help. She is currently the project manager of the Young Rovers portfolio. This month, she single-handedly published a research report on the needs and wants of young rovers and organized a successful social event for our new and young members.
We recognize Liz’s PASSION for improving the experience of young rovers like herself, as well as her dedication to EXCELLENCE in all her work.
The past-president of the Rover Scout Group presented her the award at our November meeting.
