After 16 months of planning, countless hours of training, and dry runs we are finally almost there! We have to layover in Hong Kong for a bit before we get to Manila. The Hon. Alice Wong, MP of Richmond was nice enough to give up her Christmas eve and present us with the Canadian flag at an impromptu airport ceremony. Turns out that Alice was a girl guide too!
