On Saturday Dec 19th, the Hon. Ujjal Dosanjh, MP presented a group of Vancouver Scouts with the Canadian flag to fly proudly while in the Philippines. John Chow the contingent leader accepted the flag and Canada pins on behalf of the 27-member contingent.
In addition, the Hon. Alice Wong, MP of Richmond will be hosting a send-off ceremony at the YVR International Airport at 11pm on Dec 24th. Media and public are welcome to attend.
