Karina Lee

Karina Lee was the President of the 180th Pacific Coast Scout Group in the scouting year of 2014-2015. In 2009, she joined the Scout Movement by volunteering for the 33rd Richmond Scout Group as a leader. Prior to her presidency, she was the Scout Section Head for the 33rd Richmond Scout Group, and the Beaver Section Head for the 23rd Elsie Roy Scout Group. Since joining the 180th Pacific Coast Scout Group in 2011, Karina has attended two International Service Projects to China in 2012, Mexico in 2014, and Malaysia/Singapore in 2015.  She was also the previous Department Head of Fundraising in 2012, and Department Head of Scout Group Support in 2013.

Karina completed her Bachelors of Arts with a major in Communications, and Certificate in Health and Fitness Study from Simon Fraser University. Karina is currently working as a Community Manager for Karma Athletics.

Karina is a recipient of the Medal of the Maple for Distinguished Youth Service in Scouting, the Medal for Good Service, and the Certificate of Commendation. Karina has also completed the Gold award level of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
