• WHY DO WE MENTOR?

    We believe that our mentorship program is able to bring out the best of our Rover Scouts. Our mentors are here to provide guidance in goal setting and in overcoming challenges, giving Rovers advice and constructive feedback, and being the person to hold them accountable for their commitments. 

    We have witnessed time and again the positive impacts of effective mentoring.  The results are obvious – Rovers doing better in school, becoming better public speakers, growing into confident individuals, and getting the jobs that they want.  

    We know that our Rovers value mentorship because they stay in our Rover Crew as Scouters after they age out at 27 years old.

    We are there for our mentees by being a Supporter, a Motivator, a Resource, and a Coach through engaging discussions around career and personal development that tailors to the Rover’s personal, professional and Scouting life.
