FAQ – How do I RSVP to a crew conference?

There are two methods:
1. RSVP through the conference invitation email
2. RSVP through Google Calendar

Method 1:
1. Open invites through your @pccrovers.com Gmail, the invites are usually titled “Invitation: 180th Pacific Coast Scout Group Crew Conference @ [Some date and time]”.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email and click either “Yes” or “No”. If you click “Maybe”, some child would consequently suffer somewhere in the world.

Method 2:
1. Go to Google Calendar and log into your @pccrovers.com account.

2. If the calendar is not in Month view, switch to Month view.

3a. Go to the month which you want to RSVP for, navigate through the months using the left and right arrows as indicated in the picture. In this example, it’s December 2015.
3b. Click on the entry “180th Pacific Coast Scout Group Conference” for that specific month.
3c. Click “Yes” or “No” to indicate your RSVP, avoid the “Maybe” option.
