Infrastructure

The Infrastructure team is responsible for identifying operating efficiencies and ensuring operating effectiveness throughout the Crew. There are two main areas: Evaluating and Documentation Processes.

The first category is the integration of evaluation processes in order to reduce bureaucracy within the Crew and “red tapes”.

The second is improving on documentation processes to secure the effective transfer of knowledge and information for years to come. Critical thinking, communication, strategic knowledge and organization are all key skills that team members in Infrastructure will learn.
