About Us

Established in 2007, the 180th Pacific Coast Scout Group (previously known as the PCC Rovers) is a premier development program for young adults aged 18 to 26 years old in Metro Vancouver. We are committed to contributing to the success of Scouts Canada, the nation’s leading youth-serving organization, through leadership and management training of members in our group.

Our members volunteer in over 14 Scout Groups in Metro Vancouver, including the three groups we operate – the 23rd Elsie Roy Scout Group (Yaletown), the 28th Terra Nova Scout Group (Richmond) and the 138th East Vancouver Scout Group. We are dedicated to growing the membership of these three groups and delivering high quality programming to all youth participants.

As a diverse team where each person strives to reach their full potential, we undertake meaningful and impacting projects where the focus is learning by doing. Our latest projects can always be found on our blog.

Today, with over 100 members and growing, we are the largest Rover Scout Group in Canada.
