We are a Scouts Canada leadership and management development program for 18 to 26 year old young adults in Metro Vancouver.

Our members come from varied backgrounds, different Scouting groups, and almost half have never been in Scouting before.

The soft skills of effective communication, delegation, goal setting, and aligning a group of people around a common mission are what this world needs more of, and yet can't be learned from a book, or listening to someone talk about it. You have to get into the thick of it, get dirty, and learn from the best.
